Have used Ricks for the Past Four Years for several cars I have owned. Sure I could probably get work done cheaper elsewhere, but with Ricks I know the Parts are good quality and the work is done right. Yes some days it takes awhile for them to get to my car because they are busy... but they are busy because they are good!

Rick's Wrecker service has THE best employees. They go above and beyond for their customers. We needed a part that was back ordered for a couple of weeks and Byrd found one, got it ordered and installed in two days. :) All of the employees at Rick's work great as a team and we appreciate all of the hard work they do. Brought my 2004 Dodge truck in for first 500 mile checkup and oil change on the new engine Rick's installed. They did a magnificent job and the new engine runs beautifully!! Now my old truck is back on the road with a smile on my face!

The staff in the mechanic shop were amazing. Personnel were quick to respond to pick up my car forvunknown repair. I was kept apprised on the findings and the cost. I could not be more pleased with the service. Special thanks to "Burd"(sp) for helping me get my car back to me before holiday weekend! I will be coming back to back! Highly recommend these people.

I had a great experience at Ricks. Was just traveling through when alternator went out and Ricks got me in by 9:30 and I was back on road by noon. Worked with me all the way
