My insurance company dispatched Rick's service to me because I was out of gas. It said it was going to be a 90-minute wait I understood that. I waited patiently then I got a notice I can follow them on an app that was nice thank you. As it got closer to being here the weekend dispatcher Chad called me and said they had to abort the call due to no gas at 4 stations they checked in town. Then disconnected the call. I called my insurance company just try to resolve the situation. Then I called the Wrecker Service Rick's Wrecker Service and got Chad who is a night dispatcher on the weekends who is a very disrespectful and rude man person I should say who would not listen to me he over talked me simply when I was trying to explain to him that I felt that when you are a service for roadside you should be prepared that means if you're going to provide a service be prepared for your job jumper cables Towing lockouts gasoline service you should have all the equipment for that. As I was following them on the app there was plenty of gas stations they could have stopped at if they had already used the gas in there can. Be prepared. Not lazy and RUDE. I'm a mature woman dealing with an advanced cancer as well PE which could cause a heart attack at anytime so think about it when you are upsetting and RUDE to people. Just saying. I hope to never need your services. I could only rate below zero because of your customers customer service. Do your job

Having just moved to the area in October, I had no idea where to take my car after noticing fluid leaking. I asked my next door neighbor, who’s a business owner in Cleburne for more than 25 years, and he said to take it to Rick’s - they’re the ones he trusts. My cell phone broke so my initial communication with Rick’s was through their online appointment scheduler feature via email. Well, Byrd immediately responded and put me in touch with Josh to arrange to have the vehicle towed, since I didn’t want to chance getting stuck on the road especially without a cell phone. The entire process was completely stress-free: the kind tow truck driver arrived on time; Byrd managed my expectations on the work to be performed and the timeframe and followed up after my car was returned to me. I appreciate the caring customer service, honesty and integrity of Rick’s stellar team! My mechanic for life!

The skid plate on my front bumper fell down and folded underneath my car while driving home, making a loud, ungodly noise as it grinded against the pavement. Rick's Automotive took care of it quickly and didn't even charge me for it. Thanks guys!
