Absolutely wonderful customer service! Everyone at Rick's Automative was knowledgeable and friendly. They were extremely helpful ensuring that my car was towed to their shop. They kept me updated on the progress of my car. My car was fixed quickly, even though it was holidays! I live out of town and weather prevented me from picking up my car. They assured me that it was not a problem! The cost to repair my car was very, very reasonable! I would not hesitate to use Rick's Automative in the future! Rick's is definitely the GO PLACE with your car!!
