Car not turning over immediately so took in to get checked. My battery had leaked so they replaced at no cost since got it just last year. So thankful for Byrd and Josh always watching out for me. They even call to check on me a week or so later.

I was in a bind because my car barely started and I had a drs appt. Took it to Ricks and Byrd immediately took my car in and tested it to diagnose the prob. They replaced my battery and I was on my way to relief that knowing I was treated honestly and confidently. Love these guys!

I’ve come to Rick’s Auto several times for my 2019 Silverado. They’ve done an excellent job on replacing my radiator, replacing my breaks, and fixing my TPS sensors in the wheels. They’ve always been straight up with me on what will and won’t work, without overselling something I don’t need. They also offering financing which helps me out.
