Got a last minute appt when a piece of road debris lodged under my car pulling a piece off the car. They were able to fix it and do an oil change while i was there!

We had a tire blowout that caused some cosmetic damage to the rim before we could find a place to stop. We went to Rick’s after finding out how much an OEM replacement would cost. They were outstanding. Byrd got the wheel refinished, got us a new matching tire and valve stem sensor, as well as replacing a stripped lug. Saved us a lot. They were fast, fair and friendly, and as we waited inside their shop, I got a good sense that this was how they treated every customer who came in. Even though we live in another town, we will be using Rick’s as our go-to repair shop.
