My husband & I were in town to move my Mother out of state and we were to drive her truck and a U-haul. The night before we were to leave, we experienced an issue with my Mom's truck. She's been a long time customer of Rick's Automotive and recommended we take it there. We called in the morning and they sent one of their towtrucks to get us and the truck. We were greeted by Josh , who was incredibly professional and friendly and they determined the problem, fixed it and had us on the road within hours. My Mom and Dad had always spoke highly of Rick's and we now know why. They were understanding of our stress, and time and very helpful. They also employ one of the top mechanics in the Nation. Just go in and see the story on the wall and Rick, the owner, might share the story with you! It was quite impressive.
