Having just moved to the area in October, I had no idea where to take my car after noticing fluid leaking. I asked my next door neighbor, who’s a business owner in Cleburne for more than 25 years, and he said to take it to Rick’s - they’re the ones he trusts. My cell phone broke so my initial communication with Rick’s was through their online appointment scheduler feature via email. Well, Byrd immediately responded and put me in touch with Josh to arrange to have the vehicle towed, since I didn’t want to chance getting stuck on the road especially without a cell phone. The entire process was completely stress-free: the kind tow truck driver arrived on time; Byrd managed my expectations on the work to be performed and the timeframe and followed up after my car was returned to me. I appreciate the caring customer service, honesty and integrity of Rick’s stellar team! My mechanic for life!

The skid plate on my front bumper fell down and folded underneath my car while driving home, making a loud, ungodly noise as it grinded against the pavement. Rick's Automotive took care of it quickly and didn't even charge me for it. Thanks guys!

Awesome customer service

Great service, friendly staff. In addition to the repairs my vehicle needed they replaced a missing lug nut. They thought they snuck it on there but I noticed right away and really appreciated that little touch. It shows true concern. And no they didn't charge me for it

It didn't take the guys at Rick's long to figure out what the problem was and fix it for a very reasonable price. Great communication from Byrd about the status of repairs and things to keep an eye out for as my van gets older. I would definitely recommend Rick's Automotive.
