I can't say enough good things about Rick's and the guys that work there!! They are simply the best. I keep the number on speed dial and they save me every time!!! They are worth many more stars!!!

I guess the best way to tell how I rate Rick's is to say I won't trust my car to anyone else. Not only does this wonderful group stand behind their work, but they are always dedicated to customer service. They know their customers by name; they work hard to keep the cost at a reasonable level especially for some of us senior citizens who live on fixed income. You can't ask for more than that. Love having the team at Rick's work on my car. You will, too.

If I could give more stars, I surely would! Also, if I would've had the opportunity to hug Byrd before writing this review, I would be even more elated to do so! Well here's my very 1st experience at Rick's : Car has been giving me a chain reaction of problems lately. These problems would leave my engine light on after a fresh repair.... Couldn't get down to the problem with anotber mechanic, and communication wasn't the best. Well after googling this location, and having the courage to go alone, I was well taken care of in under an hour. I walked in with so much to say because my car had stopped twice and shook out of control right before walking through door. I had no appointment. I was so shook up that I had to stop running my mouth to let Bryd know that I'm DEAF!! He was very patient and goes on to greet me in ASL!! Right then I knew was at home! Like finally some real communication. I was educated on everything that went down and things to look for in the near future. Needless to say, I walked out with no check engine light, no shaking, oil change, and windshield wipers, all under an hour! To God be glory paying wasn't a burden! Excellent experience and I look forward to many more, as my car is an older model and is expected to need some TLC. Bryd handled me the whole time and I'm beyond greatful for his patience!!!!!

My problem was a very minor one--turn signals not working, but as always it was treated with the same urgency as if it had been a major difficulty. I was treated with courtesy and the problem was corrected in a very timely manner. Frankly, I wouldn't dream of taking my car elsewhere. It's getting some age on it, but Rick's great team is keeping it running as well as if it was a 2017 model. Thanks, guys.
