The engine in my Kia Soul failed in Cleburne and AAA recommended Rick’s. We had to replace the engine. I am very happy with the service and assistance provided by everyone I had contact with at Rick’s. Most of my contact had to be by phone since I live in Wylie and they always took my call and spent the time to answer my questions.

Great shop. I called, they had concise information for me. I made an appointment and every response from them was ahead of schedule. They looked at all conditions and found a broken part that needed replacement. Took care of that, and my truck was still ready ahead of schedule. I found the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They have my business.
