Team gets things done with a friendly attitude. Very nice and clean waiting area, they have Keurig coffee for those waiting, very upfront with their customer service as well.

My wife and I have been using Rick's Automotive since Bird and Jose moved form Cleburne Ford to Rick's. Then we meet Josh all of the men are so customer oriented. Best auto shop I've ever been to. The prices are by far the most reasonable I've encountered anywhere in the DFW Metro. I live 30 miles away but still make the drive out to Cleburne to get my car serviced at Rick's. Very satisfied!
