GREAT SERVICE, NICE PLACE

We took our KIA to have a check engine light diagnosed and get an oil change. It took less than an hour for us to get notified we should check with a transmission specialist, and we did so. The transmission specialist referred more detail work back to Rick's; the great thing is how Rick's Service Reps immediately started calling around to be sure and get us parts so that we would have our vehicle available very quickly. We were never talked down to, and every question we had was answered, and more. Thorough explanations, friendly people, and outstanding work. A very enjoyable experience (December 2009).

We have had many experiences with Rick's Automotive in Cleburne and never have had any problems whatsoever. They are always friendly, fair and honest as well as performing excellent work in a timely manner. The guys have given us rides from and to our home when we were in a pinch and have always handled our towing needs including the paper work with our insurance company. We would highly recommend Rick's to anyone in need of professional service and an all-around pleasurable experience. We cannot stress the importance of an honest reliable mechanic enough. All the extra care Rick's provides is just icing on the cake! Top Notch in every way!
