Quality and timely work. I have had many visits to Rick's facility with multiple personal and business vehicles. Diagnosis and recommendations are provided with a quote on cost to repair. Here's the great thing, the repair is done correctly and the quote is accurate. You know some places they, quote you a price and then when you go to pay you find out the "Oh by the way" statement which means add more money to your payment. NOT HERE. Rick has quality folks and quality repair. My business has also used the wrecker service 12 times, same great care and service. Highly, Highly Recommend!!!

I left my vehicle at Rick's on Main to get it inspected. The staff and technicians were very courteous and professional. Their estimate was right on the mark. They also provided a suggestion for future maintenance, which is very helpful because it is helping me to plan how to do my next maintenance on my truck to keep it in top running condition, and they did not pressure me at all to get it done, just suggested it. I think that is a very helpful attitude. I have another vehicle that I have consistently taken to Rick's for periodic service and I have gotten over 225,000 miles on it with their help!!!!! I started taking my truck to Rick's in 2008 when we relocated to the area. I used to do all my own service, however where we are it's prohibited. Rick's also has no problem with me providing my own oil for diesel service and filters, as some shops have had. The personnel are professional and courteous, and the prices are reasonable. I have no problem recommending others to Rick's for service. I should also note that Rick's personnel treat your vehicle with respect...they don't drive it across the parking lot at 40 mph in low gear, as I have had some other shops do. One reason the other shops lost my business. If you haven't tried them, you need to.
