There is ALOT to be said for phenomenal customer service. I had my Tahoe towed and serviced several months ago (loose battery connections) by Rick’s. Started having similar issues again, took in this morning and when they looked at another set of cables (cause there’s a bunch) they noticed they were loose and sparking. They quickly tightened them and then wouldn’t let me pay anything. I tried, but they said it wasn’t a big deal! In today’s world it’s hard to find that kind of service.
