Missed the mark this time. Had my daughter drive the truck home and it wasn't until we got back to Burleson, on the other side of I-35, that she mentioned that the truck was groaning (she didn't know any better to call me while we were still near the shop). After all that work with the steering box, nobody checked the final state of the power steering fluid...which was now super low. Took quite a bit to refill and work in, and is extra work I shouldn't have had to do.
The service is great. The quality of work is great. Their prices are reasonable. These guys will get all my business.
Very friendly and attentive. They will answer all your questions and show you exactly what was repaired if you ask.
as all ways,Ricks is the best automotive shop in Johnson county, there for you everyday!!!!
New to the area and nervous about finding a reliable/trustworthy shop. Rick's provided great service from the tow to the repairs. Their staff explained things thoroughly and professionally.
Guys are great and know there stuff
Will be giving them all my work from now on
Best service we've ever received!
The whole Team there at Ricks are Great they really take care of there customers and stand behind there work.
I came in for new struts and that morning it was cold so one of my tires was squawking as low pressure. These guys corrected the pressure without even asking. Seriously - I was more than pleased with the work they did and doing the right thing by correcting the tire pressure was just icing. They've earned my trust and future business!
The personal service is much appreciated. I don't know a lot about car mechanics so having Byrd explain in detail helped when it was time to spend the money for the 100,000 mile tune up. I shopped around and found Rick's was competitive, especially with their 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty and the free road side service.
