Fortunately when we moved to Cleburne several years ago someone recommended Rick’s. What a blessing. The most recent is when the engine seized on our old Kia. Byrd did some legwork and found that Kia May still warranty the engine even with 170K miles. I was astonished that Kia did warranty the engine. Honesty, Integrity, and truly looking out for the customer is what makes me a Ricks customer for life.

Excellent feedback on what the Van required and recognition it is old and hardly worth rebuilding some things. No hard sell, or fear techniques.

My wife and I have been using Rick's Automotive since Bird and Jose moved form Cleburne Ford to Rick's. Then we meet Josh all of the men are so customer oriented. The rest of the crew are the friendlist people that anyone could ask for. I understand why they have been in business for 35 years and still going strong. Kudos to Rick's Automotive...
